Claims for damaged, missing or incorrect items must be made within 10 days of receipt of your order. All claims must be made in writing, via email to: windspirit_embroidery@hughes.net. Return policy applies to undecorated merchandise only. All embroidered and decorated apparel sales are final. Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
